Staah is an online booking engine that we use for the four properties
we manage in New Zealand. Staah provides us with customized booking
engines for our four websites and at same time allows us to manage our
rates and inventory over other websites such as Wotif, Ratestogo, and
others. Staah synchronizes our inventory over all sites automatically.
One of the most unique feature in Staah, is that we can now sell a
single room type over many package or multiple plans; for example we can
now sell a “Studio Room” as a Room Only as well a 2 Night
Special. without having to maintain separate inventory for the secondary
room types. Staah will automatically manages the inventory for the
secondary room types across all the other websites including our website
automatically.
Staah has made our live so much easier and we are confident of
increasing our business. We now have more time to focus on servicing
our Guest.
We also appreciate the support we receive from the Staah team, as more
portals come along they will add them within a quick lead time. We have
found with other providers that you can request a new portal but it can
take a longer period of time to get it added. This quick reaction has
helped us to add more portals and therefore room bookings to our
properties.
